1. Who is mohalibakers.com ?

We are committed to delivering our promise of exceptional quality, outstanding value and superior customer service. Mohali Bakers is an exclusive online cake delivery portal having a range of regular cake, designer cake and customized cake for every occasion. We are Passionate about bringing you the best design www.mohalibakers.com is an online cake delivery and flowers or chocolates delivery that helps you gift the perfect online cake delivery to your loved ones.

2. Delivery Timings:
For all same day order delivery, orders have to be made before 5 pm on the same day delivery. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day delivery.
We do not promise any timed delivery, our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 09:00 pm. Guest can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of payment option; we will try our best to honor the Guest request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.
Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of a special situation like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, city bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New Year Eve etc., the order cancellation would not be possible in such occasion and circumstances.

For Valentine and Mother’s Day Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 09 PM to 12 AM

3. Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Mohali Bakers team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together. The entire discount will be authorized by Mohali Bakers.

4. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48 hrs. of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.

5. Order Change:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation charges of 10% are applicable on all cancellation requests and the amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

6. Delivery Product:
The cake and flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity and quality of the product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non-availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non-availability shall also consider under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending on local availability.

7. Damaged deliveries:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers/ cake on the same day of delivery only i.e. within 24 hours of delivery of a product. The problem report must be supported and added with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product of delivery.

8. Rules for Delivery:

a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if a recipient is not available. If a recipient doesn’t accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered. If a recipient is not available in the delivery address so he will have to authorize to someone from his behalf.b) Mohali Bakers will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

Wrong shipping/delivery address.
Recipient not available.
Premises locked.
Wrong delivery address and landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

9. Substitution Policy:
Occasionally, substitutions of cake and chocolates or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape. Occasionally, substitution of flavor’s /designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
In such a cases, our experienced team will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
During festivals, in an event that a gift item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will mail you an option of an alternate product. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will proceed with sending you the alternate item since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.

10. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Mohali Bakers finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable and out of reach so we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.

11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.

12. Rules for unfounded recipient:
In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

13. All courier items will be shipped using BlueDart or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9 AM – 7 PM and may take 3-9 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.

14. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

15. Mohali Bakers may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali.

16. These Terms and Conditions, together with Mohali Bakers cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mohali Bakers with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Mohali Bakers with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

17. I understand that Mohali Bakers can send transactional and promotional messages on my registered phone number.
